Free Parking
The Breakwater Terminal Car Park's $5 per day parking fees are waived for all Sealink team members.

Training
To promote a culture of professional growth and help our team members fulfil their career aspirations, Sealink provides financial assistance for training courses to eligible team members.

Leave
All full-time team members are entitled to 20 days of paid annual leave and 10 days of paid personal/carer's leave in each 12 month period. Unpaid maternity/paternity leave (including adoption) is also available for mums and dads-to-be!

As well as regular BBQs, birthday celebrations and our annual Christmas Party, Sealink encourages its team members to get creative.
